Educational Qualification
- For Class XII, Graduate, and Diploma holders, the required qualification is to have completed a regular full-time course in the relevant trade or discipline at a recognized Board, University, or Institute with a minimum of 50% overall (45% for candidates from the SC/ST and PwBD categories for the seats reserved for them).
- If a student receives a CGPA, OGPA, or letter grade in an exam for a class XII, ITI Fitter, degree, or diploma, their equivalent aggregate percentage of marks must be stated in the online application in accordance with the standards set by the board, university, or institute. At the time of document verification, candidates will be required to provide a certificate from the relevant university or institute stating the comparable aggregate percentage of marks in relation to their CGPA/OGPA or letter grade; otherwise, their candidature will not be taken into consideration.
- Pass marks are required for ITI qualification in the relevant trade. Only regular full-time ITI courses approved by SCVT or NCVT will be taken into consideration.
- Only the qualifications listed under the appropriate Trade/Discipline above—Diploma, Graduation, or ITI in the relevant Branch or Subject—will be accepted as qualifying. Any diploma, graduation, or ITI in a subject other than the ones listed will not be taken into consideration.

- Minimum 18 years and maximum age shall be 24 years as on 31-10-2023 for General/EWS candidates.
